The Companion Garden Stone is the smaller cousin of our signature river-stone marker, sized exactly for the patch of garden they made theirs ??? the spot under the apple tree, the corner by the back door, the strip of lawn where the sun fell after lunch. We hand-pick each stone from glacial river beds in Vermont and Yorkshire, choosing for shape, weight and the quiet smoothness that only a hundred winters of water can give.

Hand-engraved with their name and a single line of your choosing. The QR is sealed beneath sapphire glass on the underside with marine-grade resin, the same technique used on offshore navigation marks. Touch a phone to the underside and their full memorial opens ??? every photograph, every story, every voice note. The top of the stone stays exactly as the river left it.

Many owners pair this with a new puppy or kitten as a quiet welcome ??? a way to introduce the new heart to the place the old one made theirs.
