All Memory QR products are hand-finished memorial keepsakes. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, slight variations may occur. Our products are intended for animal consumption only — dogs and horses as indicated.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping

We ship across 64 countries. Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.

7. Returns & Refunds
