Why we set up the company as a legal trust

When we started Memory QR, the first question every family asked was the same one. What happens to my memorial if your company disappears?

It is the right question. Every cloud account we have ever made has ended up locked behind a login no one can remember. Every photo service that promised forever has, at some point, quietly closed.

So before we sold a single keepsake, we set the hosting up as a legal trust ÔÇö separately funded, separately governed, with its own trustees. If Memory QR ever wound down as a business, the trust would continue hosting every existing memorial. Indefinitely.

We pay into the trust on every keepsake sold. We publish the trust's accounts annually. We sleep better. So do the families who buy from us.
